Guaranteed Warranty Protection
When you buy a metal building from Miranda Metal Buildings, you get durability and peace of mind. Our structures are built to last and come with robust warranties:
- 12-gauge buildings: 15-year limited rust-through warranty.
- 14-gauge buildings: 10-year limited rust-through warranty.
- Certified units: Limited lifetime warranty for wind and snow loads.
- Workmanship: 1-year warranty from installation date.
Warranties assume normal care and maintenance using mild soap and water. Avoid abrasives or chemical cleaners. Warranties are limited, non-transferable, and do not cover:
- Chemical attacks (fumes, liquids, or solids)
- Contact with moisture-retaining substances (soils, ashes, fertilizers)
- Failure to remove debris or ensure free water drainage
- Contact with wet timber or treated pine
- Condensation from all surfaces
- Corrosive environments
- Acts of God (storms, tempests)
